There are two options if you wish to return an item or send us something for repair:
If the order was placed online, take advantage of our convenient online process.

Return deadlines
Return deadlines apply from the date the order was shipped or picked up. The date of the postmark or return to the store is decisive.
10-day right of return
Subject to the exceptions below, items purchased from Distrelec via our online store, by email, fax, or phone may be returned within 10 business days. We only accept unused products in their original packaging with all accessories. The original packaging must not be damaged.
In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer a return:
- Electronic software licenses (ESD)
- Special purchase items
- Calibrated items (credit note only possible for items without calibration)
- Cut-to-size material
Shipping costs
We will not cover return shipping costs unless Distrelec is at fault. After receiving the RMA number, the item can be returned free of charge to the collection point.
Good to know
Returns can only be accepted if an RMA number is noted on the return. You will receive the RMA number by phone or email. All packages without an RMA number will be immediately returned to the sender. Please enclose a copy of the delivery note or invoice so that we can easily assign your return to the order placed.

Steps for the online procedure
- Log in to your customer account and click on: “Order Manager.”
- All your orders are listed here. You can return the selected items to us. Completed and delivered orders have the status “sent.”
- In the “order details” section, you will find the items ordered and the quantities. Click on the order from which you wish to return an item, click on “return item,” and enter the return details. Please note that you will need to repeat this process several times if the return contains multiple items.
- Click on “continue.” A Distrelec customer service representative will contact you as soon as the online form has been received by Distrelec.
