Instant Adhesives

Instant adhesives by ergo – made without solvents and consisting of only one component – achieve remarkably reliable, quick and high-performance bonding. Their flexibility, resistance to extreme temperatures, temperature changes and their impact resistence make them unique, and they offer excellent suitability for bonding stone, wood, elastomers, plastics and metals. Ceramics.ergo instant adhesives are also resistant to many organic solvents, water and humidity. Standard adhesives cover a service temperature range of bonded components from –30°C to +80°C while specials grades can go from –55°C to +120°C.

Instant bonding options

Perfect for all industrial areas, including repairs and maintenance, ergo superglues made by Kisling and consisting of only a single component can guarantee adhesion of the first order. With a curing time of only a few seconds at room temperature, they also prove their durability on a large amount of complex material combinations – from metals, elastomers, plastics, plaster, wood and ceramic to stone. Especially small coplanar surfaces can be ideally bonded with superglues.

Threadlocking options

By securely connecting components to each other even under load, the anaerobic thread sealant ergo threadlockers from Kisling ensure durability even when dynamic loads and vibrations enter the picture. These dynamic axial or transverse loads typically cause movements resulting in loss of pre-stress, which cannot even be prevented by toothed, spring or ribbed washers and which, coupled with eventual screw connection failure, is inevitable in the long term.
