The TG1006 uses direct digital synthesis for frequency generation from 1mHz up to 10MHz. Modulations include wide range phase continuous sweep, AM FSK and Frequency List. An external frequency counter operates over a 3Hz to 120MHz range. 

• 0.001Hz to 10MHz frequency range, 6 digits or 1mHz setting resolution
